The NH Marine Patrol recommends to bring a flashlight, along with additional required equipment when you board a boat. A leisure afternoon at sea can quickly turn into a night of peril, which is why it is important to make safety a priority before leaving the docks.

When an outdoor accident occurs no matter how slight, or when you realize you are lost, panic is the first reaction we all must encounter and defeat before it brings on more harm. Anyone can be lost, separated or stray too far from camp a night sets in. Just remember to protect yourself and bring the necessary items needed before you go off to venture into the great outdoors.
